We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to expand our portfolio across two high-growth verticals: traditional Security Guarding services and emerging AI-powered security technology solutions, including mobile camera systems and intelligent surveillance platforms. This role is ideal for a growth oriented, coachable sales professional who is eager to evolve with the industry and embrace cutting-edge technology.

The successful candidate will cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, government agencies, commercial property owners, and technology partners — positioning our company as the premier provider of integrated security solutions.

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across security guarding, mobile patrolling and AI security technology

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting enterprise, government, healthcare, industrial, retail, and commercial real estate sectors

• Develop, update and present customized proposals for guard services, mobile patrolling services and AI-powered surveillance and mobile camera solutions

• Willingness to learn new technology products as needed.

• Ability to work independently while effectively managing geographic territory
