Director of Admissions – Trinity Elms Health and Rehab

Full-Time Position | Pay range t $28 - $33 per hour

Trinity Elms Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Admissions to join our team! This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay starting at $28 per hour and up, based on experience. Weekend rotation is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of admissions, ensuring a welcoming and efficient process for residents and their families.
  • Coordinate closely with social workers and interdisciplinary teams for admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Evaluate applicants to ensure the best possible care and fit for our facility.
  • Maintain accurate admission records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Represent Trinity Elms Health and Rehab positively in all inquiries—electronic, phone, and in-person.
  • Support marketing and public relations efforts by organizing outreach to the community, churches, and referral sources.
  • Assist with planning and executing events to promote community involvement and enhance our facility’s visibility.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in health care services or admissions experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships within the community.
  • Proficient in organizing, managing records, and working collaboratively with multiple departments.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move items/literature up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Ambulatory throughout the facility and able to work at a desk/computer for periods of time.
