We’re seeking a compassionate and results-driven Director of Admissions to join our dedicated team at Journey.

The Director of Admissions will oversee the admissions process for our long-term care facility, ensuring prospective residents and their families receive exceptional service, support, and communication throughout the process. Responsibilities include managing inquiries and referrals, conducting facility tours, coordinating assessments, securing authorizations, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to help ensure smooth admissions.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of long-term care, and a passion for helping residents and families through an important transition. Previous experience in healthcare admissions is preferred.
