The Associate Director of Admissions will be responsible for supporting the Director of Admissions in staffing, training and managing the campus Admissions Team by facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admission.Essential day-to-day job responsibilities include:Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to student enrollment;Recruiting, training and developing highly talented admissions professionals;Developing referrals and personal leads;Assisting in management of lead distribution to Admissions Team;Working with Director of Admissions in monitoring the daily/weekly activities of Admissions Team to ensure admissions objectives are met.Conducting second interview of prospective student enrollments;Motivating the Admissions Team to meet its admissions objectives while adhering to the highest ethical standards and compliance requirements;Helping manage compliance with student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews;Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.At least 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.1 year prior post-secondary education experience required.Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolutionAbility to coach and manage a teamWe offer an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
