Manager of Admissions

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible foroverseeing the admissions process and ensuring that all clients receive the best possible care.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing admissions policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all referrals have been contacted (phone, email, webchat, voicemail,etc).
  • Collect patient demographics and buildchartin EMR system.
  • Connect clients with theappropriate teammember after screening the client and learning their needs.
  • Build rapport with other treatment facilities to build referral community.
  • Examine trends in referral action and percentage of admissions.
  • Conducts chart and program audits.
  • Ensuresprograms (Grace, Joy, IOP, and OP) meet productivity, census, and admission goals.
  • Ensures clients balances have been met before admitting to the program or payment plans have been confirmed.
  • Supervises the work of assigned personnel, including assigning and reviewing work,providingguidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Conducts census meetings
  • Works closely with alldirectorsand Founder/Owner

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three (3)toFive (5)years of admissions experience
  • Two (2) years minimum of supervisoryexperience

  • At leastone (1)year experience intrauma treatment background preferred but notrequired
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
