Salary Pay Range:ย 

Min $23.00 Hourly

Max$27.50 Hourly

This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Team Leader is Responsible for assisting the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising the warehouse operations. Coordinate and lead warehouse activities daily. Under the direction of Warehouse operation management, he/she is responsible for the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product within the Company's service and cost objectives. Participate in implementing work schedules and ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly. Lead the Warehouse staff by instructing and assisting.

Team: QPS & Relay/Packing

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, must have 2-4 years in a warehouse environment. Ability to effectively present information and respond questions from groups of managers, and clients. Must have previous experience with positions that oversee a high level of detail and quality. Possess a sense of urgency, and accountability. Experience with WMS, Excel, Word, PP.
