Responsibilities
Purpose
Responsible for all ocean export activities, including customer service, coordinating the shipment processes, prepare documentation, issuing invoices, and working closely with our warehouse and the team.

• Coordination of daily shipments (documentation, arranging pickup, communicate with carriers, etc.)
• Billing functions
• Develop and maintain collaboration in a cooperative and respectful manner with all levels of staff
• ISO Internal Audit
• Special Duties may be assigned based on the needs of management. Your future assignments will depend on the needs of the department, your performance and capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in all aspects of Ocean Export coordination (monitoring, dispatching, issuing invoices, etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of the Ocean Export process, EEI, and NVOCC / Non-NVOCC
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Flexibility with hours
  • Diligent in following SOP's
  • Word, Excel skills
  • DG certified, preferred but not required

Organization Relationships
  • This position will interact with branch colleagues, leadership staff, office personnel, and customers.
  • Must be able to work with customers, vendors, and outside organizations

Work Environment
(With or without accommodations) This position is predominantly sedentary office work which involves sitting, typing, filing, and conversing on the phone.
