Job description

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Representative on Quince's B2B team, you will drive new business growth through outbound prospecting across assigned U.S. territories. You will identify and source qualified opportunities for Account Executives, qualify inbound leads, and build relationships that fuel our enterprise sales pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will combine strategic outreach, relationship building, and technology-enabled prospecting to generate consistent opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across assigned territories by researching companies, building prospect lists, and sourcing the right contacts for Account Executive engagement
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email and social media to connect with prospects, schedule discovery meetings, and communicate Quince's value proposition
  • Accurately document all prospect interactions, qualification status, and outreach activity in our CRM system to ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team
  • Establish and maintain prospect relationships by understanding their business needs and communicating how Quince solutions address them
  • Attend quarterly trade shows to represent and sell the Quince brand in person, generating live leads and strengthening market relationships
  • Leverage AI and technology tools to scale prospecting efforts; bring ideas and test new approaches to improve outreach efficiency and conversion rates
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position Quince against alternatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar B2B role
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to personalize outreach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, quota-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with independent prospecting and cold outreach
