Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Mother and Baby Department will have the following job responsibilities:

  • The Manager Mother Baby will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the unit. In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Manager - Mother & Baby

RN MGR- MOM & BABY

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Mother and Baby Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required
  • Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred
  • A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required after 60 months if hire if do not currently have it
  • 3+ years of recent RN experience in women's services in an acute care setting required; 1 + years of supervisory/leadership experience required
