Job description

Job Title:           Medical Assembler II

Client:                Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration:           1 Year

Location:           Brooklyn Park, MN 55445

Shift:                  1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble medical devices on multiple product lines.
  • Follow SOPs, Quality System procedures, GMP, and GDP.
  • Complete Device History Records (DHR), Data Sheets, and Lot Control documentation.
  • Meet production and quality standards.
  • Cross-train on different assembly operations as needed.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean room environment and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience required if no High School Diploma.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Experience working in a clean room environment.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
  • Experience using microscopes, soldering irons, calipers, or similar manufacturing equipment is a plus.
