We are looking for a Logistics Associate to join our Store team.In this role you'll be responsible for:

Shipping and Receiving Merchandise

  • Receive incoming merchandise from warehouse, vendors, and other stores
  • Follow quality control and receiving processes for all incoming goods
  • Prep product for placement on the sales floor in an organized and timely manner
  • Oversee outgoing merchandise shipments, including accuracy of all labels, packing slips etc.
  • Ship RTV's to warehouse in a timely manner

Order Fulfillment

  • Support with picking E-Commerce and IST orders, achieving targeted unit per hour pick rates
  • Reply to OMNI Customer service emails
  • Ship re-balancing request
  • Manage all in-transit, shipping, E-Commerce and IST documentation

Backroom & Merchandise Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
  • Maintain overall backroom standards, including merchandise/product maintenance
  • Support with sales floor maintenance, ensuring merchandise reflects brand standards

Logistics Operations

  • Assist with seasonal inventory preparations and counts
  • Support with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Logistics Specialist
  • Support all logistics functions and aid with on-the-floor activities
  • Identify, report and troubleshoot common errors/discrepancies

Teamwork

  • Support with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects
  • Adhere to all Harry Rosen philosophies, processes and standards
  • Deliver consistent and exceptional service through standards
  • Provide cross-functional team support

Successful candidates will require:

  • Aminimum of 2 yearsof retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, in a logistics role.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management in a retail environment
  • A track record of attention to detail in processing incoming/outgoing merchandise in the shipping/receiving area of the store
  • Championing the maintenance of store merchandise and maintaining stock levels
  • A Team Player with the ability to work individually and as part of a team to achieve store goals
  • An individual who takes accountability to ensure that all merchandise is received, scanned and tagged appropriately
  • Able to work in the stock room within the retail store, working collaboratively with in-store team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to lift and move heavy boxes and be on your feet/able to bend, kneel, and move as required
