YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead logistics optimization projects (transportation, warehousing, distribution network).

  • Conduct performance analyses and profitability studies (business cases, ROI).

  • Design and model logistics solutions (sizing, layouts, internal and external material flows, equipment requirements).

  • Develop tools and processes to optimize logistics costs.

  • Collaborate with our various plants worldwide as well as with multidisciplinary teams.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, or logistics is required, along with one to three years of relevant experience.

    • * A diploma of college studies (DCS) may be accepted if accompanied by relevant experience.

  • The ability to communicate with internal stakeholders located outside of Quebec or in English on a daily basis.

  • Knowledge of Spanish (an asset).

  • Knowledge of transportation, internal logistics, and product distribution to customers.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, and CATIA (an asset).

  • Demonstrate a high degree of open-mindedness.

  • An analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical information for non-experts.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
