Sommaire du poste
Le/la coordonnateur(trice) logistique soutient les opérations de distribution en coordonnant les activités liées au transport, à la documentation, aux expéditions et aux processus de la chaîne d’approvisionnement entrants et sortants.

Responsabilités principales
  • Préparer les documents d’expédition et coordonner les livraisons avec les transporteurs.
  • Vérifier les factures de transport et assurer le suivi des coûts associés.
  • Suivre les expéditions, délais de livraison, ETA et résoudre les écarts d’expédition.
  • Gérer les réclamations, retours (RGA), marchandises endommagées ou manquantes.
  • Coordonner les expéditions entrantes, conteneurs, ASN et documents douaniers.
  • Collaborer avec les transporteurs, courtiers, entrepôts et fournisseurs 3PL afin d’assurer une exécution efficace.
  • Participer aux inventaires, au soutien des opérations d’entrepôt et aux projets logistiques.
Qualifications et exigences
  • Formation en administration, logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou domaine connexe (atout).
  • 5+ années d’expérience en logistique, transport, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou coordination administrative.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, communicationnelles et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; Excel avancé un atout.
  • Expérience avec 3PL et SAP S/4HANA ou ERP similaire un atout.
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais considéré comme un atout.
Compétences
  • Capacité à gérer la documentation, analyser les données et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels.
