Job description

ERP Business Analyst โ€“ Production & Demand Planning

Hybrid - 3 days onsite

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

No relocation

The ERP Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and ERP delivery teams, translating manufacturing, production planning, and demand forecasting requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role supports ERP implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives by aligning technology capabilities with business objectives, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence across production and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with SAP configuration, development, integration, and data teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including design, testing, training, deployment, data validation, and go-live support.
  • Provide expertise in production, manufacturing, demand planning, and supply chain processes, leveraging SAP modules such as PP, PP/DS, MM, and IBP.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance production efficiency, forecast accuracy, process standardization, and overall business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst or ERP Business Analyst experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, or demand forecasting functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP functional certifications and manufacturing or supply chain certifications (CPIM, ASCM, etc.) are preferred.
