Front of the House Manager - Lead the Guest Experience

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily front of house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Coach, develop, and inspire service teams including servers, bartenders, and hosts
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational execution
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH collaboration
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and labor management

What You Bring
  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor ready to grow
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to stay composed and lead effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
