Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Learning, Training and Development (LTD) Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the LTD program, providing both administrative and programmatic support — including managing logistics, maintaining the learning management system (LMS), tracking participation and communications, and supporting the development and delivery of training content.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning Management System Administration

  • Build and maintain course catalogs, learning paths and user assignments within the LMS
  • Generate completion reports and track learner progress; provide regular data summaries to leadership
  • Serve as the primary internal resource for LMS support, troubleshooting and end-user guidance
  • Stay current on LMS capabilities and recommend enhancements as the platform and firm needs evolve

Project Management and Coordination

  • Manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, maintaining clear project plans, timelines and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate review and approval cycles for new and revised content, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain documentation of training curricula, version history and update schedules
  • Coordinate end to end logistics for training sessions, workshops and firm wide events, including scheduling, securing venues (in person and virtual), managing enrollment and tracking attendance
  • Draft and distribute program communications, including invitations, reminders and post-session follow-ups
  • Support pilot programs during initial rollout phases, collecting feedback and helping refine content and delivery based on participant input
  • Track and report on program effectiveness using post-training assessments and participant feedback; analyze participation data to support continuous improvement

Instructional Design, Content Development and Brand Standards

  • Partner with subject matter experts across departments to gather source content and transform it into engaging learning experiences
  • Develop a full range of learning assets, including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, video scripts, assessments and reference materials
  • Apply instructional design principles to structure content that is appropriate for the intended audience
  • Translate technical or compliance-heavy content into clear, accessible language without sacrificing accuracy
  • Maintain a library of reusable learning assets and ensure all materials reflect current firm policies and procedures
  • Produce professionally formatted training materials in Microsoft Office and within the LMS platform, in collaboration with Brand Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment with firmwide visual standards and templates

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Complete other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Human Resources or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Five or more years of experience in learning, training and development, training coordination or instructional design, with experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Experience administering or implementing an LMS platform
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to produce polished, brand-consistent deliverables
  • Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, including Zoom and Teams
  • Experience adapting to and learning custom systems; prior experience with Salesforce, Laserfiche or similar platforms a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information from subject matter experts and present it clearly
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Professional demeanor with the utmost respect for confidential matters
  • Experience in wealth management preferred
