About the role:

Our Pharmacy Technicians play an integral role in the level of care we provide our patients. In this position, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that our patients receive their supplies and medication on time and as expected. This includes not just organizing everything in the warehouse but also coordinating delivery routes and, when necessary, helping with deliveries.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage pharmacy shipping processes, including assembling supplies, confirming delivery tickets for accuracy,
    and entering shipment data into carrier systems while tracking deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring minimum and maximum shelf quantities, replenishing stock,
    and updating product locations in the electronic health care record software system.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy department and Warehouse Manager to complete monthly and quarterly cycle
    counts, inventory reports, and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by following State Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies for the
    proper handline, storage, and disposal of medications, hazardous materials, and pharmaceutical wastes.
  • Oversee daily receiving and shipping operations, including verifying medication and supply packages for damage,
    tampering, and expiration dates to maintain product integrity.
  • Assist with route planning and documentation, ensuring timely completion of daily route sheets and accurate
    delivery records.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall
    distribution and compliance objectives.
  • Other related duties as assigned by manager or designee.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you bring:

  • Active pharmacy technician license
  • Ability to lift and/or move 50+ pounds
