As the Learning and Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and scaling learning strategies that support business growth and employee development across the organization. You will design impactful programs, partner with leadership to build key capabilities, and create a culture where continuous learning drives performance and engagement.

Leadership Development
  • Build and deliver manager training programs
  • Conduct manager skill gap analyses to identify capability needs and inform program design.
  • Align leadership development with company compensation philosophy, values, and behavioral expectations.

Performance & Impact Measurement
  • Define and track success metrics for L&D initiatives (engagement, retention, performance improvement).

Your qualifications, your influence:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
  • 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
  • Experience building or evolving L&D programs in a fast-paced or global environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives to organizational goals.
  • Experience conducting skill gap analyses and building L&D programs from the ground up.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and digital learning strategies.
