Job description

Job Description
As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Honeywell, you will play a critical strategic and operational role in shaping and executing HR and talent strategies aligned to business priorities. This position supports the PSS business, with primary on-site partnership at the Fort Mill, SC location and responsibility for remote sales employees across the United States.
You will report directly to our HR Director, and work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a hybrid work schedule.
Reporting to the HR Director for the North America Region, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive impactful programs across talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, organization effectiveness, and change management. You will also lead and contribute to HR transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide HR projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives and corporate priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner to leaders and employees supporting the PSS business, including on-site support for Fort Mill, SC.
  • Provide end-to-end HR support for remote sales teams across the U.S., ensuring consistency, engagement, and effective people practices.
  • Drive talent strategies across workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Lead and manage HR transformation initiatives, special projects, and process improvements, accounting for approximately 20-25% of the role.
  • Deliver HR excellence through strong collaboration with direct and matrixed HR teams globally.
  • Influence leaders through data-driven insights, change leadership, and thoughtful problem-solving to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or in a corporate HR role.
  • Demonstrated HR functional expertise across employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Proven success leading and executing HR initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and current HR trends.
  • Ability to independently manage complex HR issues while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
