ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
1. Learning and Development: Possesses a deep understanding of learning and development principles, backed by a track record of success in designing and developing high-impact training programs. Certifications, such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CPTD (Certified professional in Talent Development) are a plus.
