About AllCare.ai AllCare.ai delivers coordinated, in-facility care - including Primary Care, Psychiatry, Podiatry, Diagnostics, Wound Care, and Chronic Care Management - supported by a 24/7 medical concierge. Our platform streamlines documentation and compliance so providers can focus on delivering high-quality care to seniors.
Role Overview We are seeking a Korean-speaking Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide in-facility care to residents in assisted living communities across Los Angeles, CA. This role involves mobile in-facility visits with clustered routes to minimize travel time. This is a part-time position starting at a minimum of 1 day per week (Monday through Thursday), with potential to expand based on patient panel growth. This position is available as W-2 or 1099 - we are happy to accommodate what works best for you.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to seniors in assisted living and RCFE communities in the Los Angeles area
  • Conduct in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations as needed
  • Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute concerns
  • Collaborate with our care team including NPs, specialists, and facility staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Active California medical license (MD or DO) in good standing
  • Korean language proficiency required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Active DEA registration
  • Medicare credentialing preferred
  • Experience in geriatric or senior care settings preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Compensation This is a part-time position starting at 1 day per week with potential to expand based on patient panel growth. Estimated annual compensation: $133,000 - $266,000/year, based on patient volume and number of days worked. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate plus a per-patient bonus.
