  • Manage accounting team and oversee daily operation
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and reconcile subledgers
  • Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze various monthly financial reports
  • Prepare quarterly consolidation package
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
  • Ensure timely filing of Sales, Income and Other taxes working with external advisors
  • Gather necessary information from subsidiaries and affiliates for group tax filing
  • Support year-end audit by preparing various schedules and eliminating journal entries
  • Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting
  • Maintain a positive working environment that reflects the company's values

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in accounting

Previous public accounting experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory role and/or CPA designation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated accounting systems

Excellent time and project management skills
