What will you be doing:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects from initiation to delivery, including project definition, assignment of responsibilities, coordinating project teams, setting deadlines, and monitoring expenses. This position manages all or most phases of the project and resources, applying industry standard project management tools and techniques. Ensures that all phases of the project are completed per project timeline and budget. In collaboration with key collaborators this role identifies and resolves obstacles to completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for Cedars-Sinai International's (CSI) clients, responsible for successfully promoting the use of Cedars-Sinai to international referring entities as well as assisting in developing identified affiliations, educational, or collaborative efforts in priority markets, as directed.
  • Leads communication and take initiatives in establishing relationships both internally with key partners from different levels within Cedars-Sinai Health System and externally with Global Services clients. Effectively aligns and sets international clients' expectations with feasible and creative solutions when managing global advisory/consulting services delivery. Makes recommendations for improvements, taking full ownership over assignments.
  • Conducts key client communications and videoconferencing with flexibility and willingness to occasionally work outside normal hours, including early mornings, nights, and occasional weekends, to coincide with regular business hours in other international markets.
  • Develops detailed analyses for new and/or existing global services programs, education opportunities, services, and healthcare marketing research in select countries. Identify and retrieve data and convert into information required to make decisions on new business development or operational opportunities.
  • Manages and coordinates timelines, schedules, logistics, communications, and arrangements for successful on-site services delivery, both in Cedars-Sinai Health System and international project sites.
  • Develops and manages in a timely manner a comprehensive service record to track all client related activities including online conferences, international travels, workshops, and other online and offline results.
  • Creates or reviews communications/presentations in support of implementation of projects or generating business. Conducts client and market research and assemble materials.
  • Work in matrixed project teams to support business development activities which may include research and analysis for due diligence, country profiles and competitor analysis, development of documents related to the business development process such as frameworks for collaboration and proposals and related presentations and planning for onsite visits to CSMC.
  • Work with CSI leadership to lead, coordinate, and implement critical initiatives in corporate development allowing the expansion of CSI's service offerings and growth of organizational capacity.
  • Responsible for coordinating and supporting projects that strive to improve patient services, enhance patient experience and streamline operations.

Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Five (5) plus years of Program or Project Management, Project support and/or leadership experience.
Educational/Certification Requirements:
Master's degree in Health Care, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.
