Job description

Description

Who We Are

At Moaddel Law Firm, we are committed to providing compassionate, strategic, and aggressive legal advocacy for immigrant families. With decades of experience serving Latino communities throughout California, we understand that every case represents a family's future, not just a legal matter. We are driven by results, purpose, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.

The Opportunity

Calling all closers! We are seeking a driven and bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. This role sits at the intersection of sales and client advocacy, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. With a consultative approach, you will evaluate leads, assess case eligibility, and guide families through the decision to move forward with our firm (closing). This is a high-energy, metrics-driven sales role that rewards empathy, persistence and a commitment to excellent sales performance. ***Hiring Bonus for seasoned Immigration Legal Intake Closers***

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, video, text, and email for prospective clients.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
  • Convert consultations into retained clients through trust building and effective communication.
  • Explain retainers, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with Case Analysts to ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Process client payments and complete intake documentation.
  • Provide a high level of empathy and professionalism when assisting clients in sensitive situations

Compensation, Benefits & Equal Employment Opportunity

Moaddel Law Firm offers a competitive base salary ranging from $58,240 to $80,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus structure designed for Legal Intake Specialists to earn over $100,000+ annually. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance from day one, paid time off, parental leave, CalSavers, and paid onsite parking. This role offers structured onboarding, ongoing professional development, and clear opportunities for career growth. Moaddel Law Firm is an equal-opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. We also consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with fair chance laws.

Requirements

Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.

2+ years of outbound sales experience or 3+ years in a sales environment.

Hiring bonus for candidates with immigration closing experience.

Skilled at closing deals or converting leads into paying clients (closing).

Experience working in KPI or metrics-driven environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly and handle high-volume client interactions

Familiar with CRM systems such as Clio, Zoho, or similar platforms preferred

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Client first mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
