Department: New Business/Operations

Position Title: Sr Case Manager, Insurance Industry

Reports to: Operations Manager

Summary: The objective of this role is to ensure the application process is as smooth and efficient as possible for our agents from start to finish. As a Sr Case Manager, you will execute professionalism while providing top notch customer service and use your industry knowledge to find and create efficiencies. This is an amazing opportunity to join our team in a much-needed position.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Ensure all requirements are met on new applications before submitting to the insurance carrier

· Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up

· Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements

· Process all insurance cases within Salesforce

· Provide professional correspondence via email and phone

· Work efficiently to meet all service level agreements

· Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances

· Work closely with team members to meet common goals and assist when able

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Minimum of a High school diploma / GED

· 3 years or more experience in a similar role

· Strong computer skills; able to type 60+ word per minute

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

· Experience with G Suite and Salesforce preferred, not required

Core Competencies:

· Ability to apply product/industry knowledge to effectively complete daily tasks

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in resolving issues and meeting Company goals and objectives

· Ability to provide exceptional customer service in escalated situations

· Effective time management skills

Compensation:

· Compensation based on experience

Base: $44,000-$48,000 annually

Annual Performance Bonus Target: up to 10%
