Job Description

Job Summary

This job’s primary purpose to the organization is to recruit, interview and hire time share sales representatives for the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·  Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Timeshare Sales Representatives

·  Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms and social media channels.

·  Source, screen, and qualify candidates through interviews, and in-person recruiting events.

·  Travel extensively to resort locations nationwide to conduct interviews, career fairs, hiring events, and onboarding activities.

·  Partner with Sales Leadership to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.

·  Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

·  Present company culture, compensation plans, career growth opportunities, and benefits to prospective candidates.

·  Build relationships with local real estate schools, industry professionals, and networking organizations to generate candidate referrals.

·  Represent the company professionally at job fairs, recruiting events, and industry conferences.

 

Qualifications

Skills/Knowledge

- Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.

 - Ability to identify candidates with strong closing, presentation, and customer service abilities.

 -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

 - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting software.

 - Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring goals.
