  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. At least seven (7)years of experience managing IT infrastructure, technology implementation, or capital projects.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications).
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in:
    • Experience leading enterprise-wide security camera installation or other low-voltage infrastructure projects.
    • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Chair project meetings, manage scope changes, approve project-level deliverables (per delegated authority).
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and escalate unresolved issues.

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise security camera installation projects.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation milestones.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate installation contractors, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with IT, Information Security, Facilities, Operations, and business stakeholders to support seamless project execution.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues that may impact scope, budget, quality, or schedule.
  • Project Governance: Facilitate project meetings, provide status reports, track action items, and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure installations meet technical specifications, organizational standards, and project requirements.
  • Change Management: Manage project changes, documentation, approvals, and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Testing & Project Closeout: Coordinate system testing, final acceptance, documentation, knowledge transfer, and project turnover to operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety requirements, and established project management practices.
