Service Manager


Fort Erie Toyota is looking for a driven, process-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. This is an opportunity to be in a progressive leadership role within one of the most respected and trusted automotive brands in the industry, backed by a dealer group that believes in developing its people.

The Opportunity:

As Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day service operations, while helping implement processes and policies that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day service operations
  • Coach and develop Service Advisors to improve performance and customer experience
  • Ensure strong execution of advisor walkarounds and proper vehicle write-ups
  • Drive Hours Per RO, Effective Labour Rate, and overall service department performance
  • Implement and maintain processes that improve efficiency and consistency
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively
  • Monitor appointment flow, shop capacity, and technician productivity
  • Work closely with Parts and Sales to maximize opportunities across departments
  • Other duties as assigned


What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager with 3 years experience
  • Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into management
  • Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
