Job Summary
Royal Restoration is seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years of solid experience in insurance restoration. Experience handling TPA program work is required. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the emergency mitigation side of the business and the reconstruction/repair side, and who can manage projects from initial loss through final completion.
This position requires strong communication skills, field experience, and a thorough understanding of construction workflows, emergency response, documentation requirements, insurance-related estimating, and TPA program requirements and compliance standards. You will work on both residential and commercial projects throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, dividing time between field visits and office coordination.
The Project Manager will be responsible for handling inspections, scoping, customer communication, subcontractor and crew coordination, job progress, documentation, budgeting, and customer satisfaction through final payment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform site inspections for mitigation and reconstruction projects
  • Develop accurate scopes of work and communicate job details clearly
  • Review scope with customers, obtain work authorizations, and help sell the job
  • Manage mitigation and repair projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and materials
  • Ensure job documentation, photos, notes, and compliance requirements are complete
  • Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal staff throughout the project
  • Monitor progress, quality, budgets, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with final payment collection and closeout
Qualifications

  • IICRC certifications are required
  • Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, XactAnalysis, and TPA program workflows

  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and adapt to changing field conditions
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be comfortable with field work, ladders, rooftops, and light lifting
