  • Identify, prioritize, and address operational barriers that may affect speed to therapy, site readiness, care coordination, and treatment continuity.

  • Identify and align all required resources - internally and externally - to ensure effective and seamless achievement of goals, plans and critical initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, market access, patient services, medical, legal, compliance, data analytics, and field leadership to align on a single site-of-care agenda.
  • Translate site-of-care insights into strategic choices, operational priorities, and execution plans that support brand and franchise objectives in a compliant manner.

Site of Care and Hub Operations & Excellence
  • Develop and maintain operating standards, playbooks, workflows, and governance processes that support effective coordination across sites of care and external service providers.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the operations team who oversee day-to-day tactics by establishing and monitoring program goals and key performance indicators to ensure effective functioning.
  • Measure customer satisfaction with sites of care and patient support and propose solutions to make improvements where necessary (in consultation with Marketing and Sales)
  • Lead initiatives focused on site readiness, education, infrastructure, operational consistency, and care pathway coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or improve treatment-process steps, reduce operational friction, and support a more predictable patient and provider experience.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for site-of-care operational issues, working cross-functionally to resolve barriers efficiently and appropriately.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to identify trends, surface issues requiring intervention, and inform continuous improvement.

External Partner & Vendor Management
  • Manage strategic relationships with appropriate external partners, vendors, and service providers involved in supporting site-of-care initiatives and ensuring cohesive approach to patient support.
  • Leads the team responsible for leading vendor and business partner assessments, including RFP participation, selection input, onboarding, and ongoing oversight.
  • Work with Legal, Compliance, Contracting, and Procurement to ensure external arrangements are structured and managed consistent with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, fair market value principles, and legitimate business needs.
  • Leads the team responsible for monitoring external partner performance against contracted service obligations, operational standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Support disciplined governance forums with external partners focused on operational performance, service quality, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Commercial Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution
