We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will provide critical administrative and operational support to our leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for leadership across multiple time zones.
  • Travel Planning & Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations; manage meeting logistics and follow-ups to ensure alignment and execution of action items.
  • Documentation & Communication: Draft, format, and review correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Expense & Budget Management: Process and track expense reports, assist with budget tracking, and manage approval workflows for leadership.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Confidential Information Handling: Manage sensitive documents and information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Operational Support: Anticipate leadership needs, manage special projects, and support broader team initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Preferred Background: Previous experience supporting leadership in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced, and high-growth environment (healthcare or consulting experience is a plus).
