EisnerAmper is seeking Tax Manager to join the Healthcare team within our Private Client Services (PCS) group. This role is to be based out of our Boston, MA or Burlington, MA offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Responsible for the accounting of the practice, including bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews to ensure proper revenue and expense classifications

  • Prepare budgets and revenue/expense projections

  • Analyze revenue cycle reports, including number of days in account receivable, collection percentage, payor mix and other key metrics

  • Assist clients with cash flow management and improve operational efficiencies by benchmarking overhead costs and making recommendations.

  • Work with physicians, independent contractors and mid-level providers to assess compensation, shareholder and employment agreements.

  • Work with clients and third-party administrators to implement retirement plans and employee benefits.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of physician compensation models and be able to benchmark productivity and compensation to industry standards.

  • Recognize and inform management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients

  • Participate in department-wide initiatives aimed at continually improving the department's processes and supporting infrastructure

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

  • 5+ years of experience within accounting and/or tax

  • Experience within a public accounting firm

  • CPA certification

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant field

For Massachusetts candidates, the expected salary range for this position is between$110,000and$150,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
