Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Creative Services Manager - Graphic Designer. Responsibilities include creative direction, design, and execution of marketing materials in all formats for customers and internal partners across various departments within the company while upholding appropriate brand guidelines. These include but are not limited to brochures, catalogs, sales materials, direct mail, RFPs, email campaigns, videos, presentations, posters, art direction of photo and video shoots, social and digital materials, tradeshow and building graphics, etc. The Creative Services Manager - Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects, from concepts, layouts and revisions to completion, while meeting deadlines and customer expectations. This role will also partner in developing the long-term creative direction for the corporate brand based on competitors, marketing, and industry trends.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office on Mac platform. Video editing skills a plus.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to travel

Preferred
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree; BA, Fine Arts, Design Degree
  • Experience using a DAM to organize assets
  • Experience leading, managing and art directing photo and video shoots
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
