Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital, Neurology
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
The Manager Graduate Medical Program (GME):
  • Provides direction, leadership and day-to-day management of academic program activities to include administrative support and educational coordination between core facility, attending physicians, residents, medical students and instructional and regulatory administrative office.
  • Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness and program-solving skills in applying a detailed knowledge of the responsibilities, functions and underlying management structure of the program and of the sponsoring institution in organizing and independently prioritizing work, establishing procedures and systems, and ensuring orderly and timely work flow.
  • Coordinate and administer human resources functions and participates in budget review and financial processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree + 1 year GME experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
Preferred Certification and Experience: Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education certification (C-TAGME); Experience with New Innovations.
