About The Opportunity

This role will support the Senior Manager Procurement across all Technology categories including but not limited to Technology Infrastructure, SaaS, Professional Services and Fraudfor all ofWonder (Wonder, Grubhub, Blue Apron, Tastemade, AI Robotics and Claim). This will be a high visibility role hyper focused on generating value through stakeholder engagement, cost savings and category management & consolidation.

At the crux of it all, you will be a confidant and trusted advisor to business stakeholders, senior leaders, and the Financial planning team alike. To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly effective communicator and negotiator, leverage procurement data, be able to navigate ambiguous situations successfully, and be a creative problem solver relating to contract and negotiations.

The Impact You Will Make

You will help evaluate, negotiate, set strategies and provide insights on the organization's Technology footprint. You will have the bird's eye view of our entire supplier portfolio to help ensure we as a holistic organization are driving towards the same goals. Ultimately, you have a passion for positive procurement impact through data driven insights, curiosity towards Technology and how it drives the business, and ambition to grow and learn as a professional.

  • Lead data-driven strategic sourcing initiatives and complex contract negotiations across software, cloud infrastructure, and engineering contractors, focusing on outcomes that materially impact cost, risk, scalability, and performance.

  • Enable positive and lasting procurement impact by building strong stakeholder relationships, supported by frequent, clear, and effective communication across technology categories and suppliers.

  • Interface with senior leaders through MBRs and executive forums, highlighting key technology procurement initiatives, critical renewal and consolidation efforts, cross-functional projects, and anomalies in usage and spend across strategic suppliers.

  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to conduct comprehensive supplier reviews and translate technical and operational requirements into effective contractual outcomes.

  • Support the overall procurement strategy for Technology Infrastructure and Engineering services across all Wonder Group brands by contributing key category insights and recommendations.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate commercial, operational, and third-party risks, including security vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, financial exposure, and supplier lock-in.

  • Provide strategic counsel on contract structures, complex licensing models, renewals, and consumption patterns to optimize spend efficiency and eliminate waste.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management

  • 3-5+ years specifically in Technology Procurement (SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services)

  • Highly adept in utilizing analytics and sourcing tools such as - Excel, Google Sheets, Ignite, Zip, Tableau

  • Must have experience within a multi-entity and/or fast-paced environment

  • Bachelors degree required - in related field

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
