WHAT YOU'LLDO

Our Assistant Housekeeping Manager oversees dailyHousekeepingshift operations to ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently reflect Four Seasons standards of luxury, cleanliness, and presentation.They leadand support the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience through strong attention to detail, effective productivity management, and adherence to Forbes FiveStar service standards.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise and leadHousekeepingstaff across guest rooms, public areas, and designated spaces by interviewing, training, mentoring, and coaching team members to consistently meet Forbes FiveStar and FiveDiamond standards

  • Conduct performance evaluations, administer corrective action when necessary, and ensureaccuratedaily labor reporting andtimelybiweekly payroll submission

  • Maintain clear communication and provide prompt followup on operational issues, guest requests, andspecial requirements

  • Schedule staff and coordinate daily assignments, overseeing the smooth start and execution of each shift

  • Monitor team performance to ensure productivity goals, quality standards, and guest expectations are consistently achieved

  • Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and Sensei Wellness spaces to uphold the highest luxury and operational standards

  • Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, accommodating special requests whenever possible

  • Interact with guests in person and by phone while consistently upholding Four Seasons benchmark service standards

WHAT TOBRING

  • Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)

  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours adayand scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability isrequired.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a hotel or resort environment preferred
