About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable culinary professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders while upholding all production requirements and quality standards. This role involves executing recipes with consistent quality, managing portion and presentation standards, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation. Responsibilities include setting up stations for service, preparing advance items within estimated needs, and properly operating and cleaning a variety of kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, steamers, mixers, and grills. The position also requires following proper food rotation and storage procedures. Successful candidates will have a
Rate of Pay: $33.48/hr
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
  • Intermediate culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
  • Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
