Intern, Group Sales
The Americas WSO Group Sales team supports group business across Four Seasons' global portfolio by assisting with account support, event preparation, reporting, and sales enablement. The team partners closely with hotel sales teams and internal stakeholders to help convert group opportunities and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
The Group Sales Intern will support the Americas Worldwide Sales Organization, working alongside a team of global Account Directors responsible for driving group business to Four Seasons hotels and resorts worldwide. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the luxury hospitality industry while helping you build professional, technical, and business skills that will support your future educational and career goals.
Through this experience, you will:
  • Gain real-world hospitality experience by supporting sales initiatives that generate group business for Four Seasons properties around the globe.
  • Expand your professional network through exposure to Four Seasons sales leaders, corporate executives, and industry professionals.
  • Develop technical skills using industry-leading platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, Concur, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strengthen your business acumen through participation in team meetings and corporate webinars focused on sales strategy, market trends, and customer engagement.
  • Build transferable professional skills including communication, organization, project management, problem-solving, and collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:
Group Sales Data Support
  • Assist with basic Salesforce updates, account cleanup, and data accuracy checks.
  • Help organize account and opportunity information so the team can use it more easily.

Group Event Preparation
  • Support preparation for group sales events, client meetings, and internal calls.
  • Assist with attendee lists, agendas, presentation materials, meeting schedules, and follow-up trackers.

Research and Reporting
  • Conduct desktop research on accounts, meeting activity, destinations, and group opportunities as assigned.
  • Prepare simple summaries, spreadsheets, or slides to help the team review information quickly.

Team Administration
  • Help maintain shared files, trackers, calendars, and deadline reminders.
  • Provide day-to-day support on assigned tasks while learning group sales processes.

Student Experience:
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. Prior office, campus leadership, event, or project experience is helpful but not required.

Key Skills/Who You Are:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple small assignments.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in sales, events, business development, or hospitality preferred.
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions
