About The Role

In this role, you will support the property's employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes. You will help maintain accurate employee records, support internal audits, and provide occasional assistance to Learning & Development programs.

You will uphold Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct while performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across teams.

Salary Range: $82,000 to $87,550

  • Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
  • Ability to read, speak and write English.
  • Requires high level of attention to detail and time management
