Summary



The Senior Sales Director is responsible for leading sales strategy, driving membership growth, and overseeing agents/agencies. This role focuses on building scalable agent and carrier partnerships, expanding market presence, and ensuring agents and brokers have the training, tools, and resources necessary to effectively represent and sell various carrier plans.



Requirements:

Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a sales and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational growth goals.
  • Lead and mentor agents and agencies to ensure achievement of market-specific enrollment targets.
  • Oversee community presence, grassroots lead generation, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships with key partners, carriers, and top producing agencies across multiple markets.
  • Ensure agents are educated on Agility Insurance Services' value proposition and product portfolio.
  • Manage sales budgets related to events, enrollment materials, and promotional initiatives.
  • Partner with the Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement to expand enrollment centers and market presence.
  • Work closely with sales operations to monitor performance metrics, conduct market analysis, and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Producer Support Team to ensure strong agent experience and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, State, and Federal guidelines across all sales activities.
  • Travel across assigned regions to support sales growth and leadership development.



Qualifications



  • Five (S)+ years of experience in health insurance enrollment or a Field Marketing Organization (FMO).
  • Experience managing field sales teams or multi-market sales operations.
  • Active Health Insurance License.
  • Bilingual - Spanish / English preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to speak to ACA, MA, and Ancillary products.

Base Salary: $125,000.00 annually
