New York based leading financial and technology consulting global client, they are involved in bank launches, transformations and complex change initiatives. We are looking for financial consultants who have experience of product and functional knowledge of front office, operations, technology, risk and compliance.
You will have experience of both delivery and the development of new business along with an ability to lead a team. You will have a proven track record of working in a fast paced environment and have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to develop lasting client relationships. You will act as the lead delivering client engagements and have an ability to anticipate change. You will have experience of delivering concise reports to the clients and be aware of the changes in the financial industry.
Consultants have 10 years experience of working in the Wealth & Asset Management (FINRE/ SEC Broker dealers, investor advisors and/or asset managers and have over 5 years working as a consultant. You will be goal orientated and used to hitting targets and delivering large programs of work. You will have a proven track record in strategic thinking, program management, process improvement and business re-engineering. Excellent analytical/problem solving skills are essential as are stake holder management skills.
