Field & Stream Lodge Co. in Bozeman is seeking an enthusiastic, locally knowledgeable Adventure Concierge to support our guest experience team. This position is designed for hospitality students who are passionate about outdoor lifestyles, service excellence, and destination storytelling.

What You'll Do
Guest Experience & Concierge Services
  • Welcome guests and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for questions about Bozeman and the surrounding region
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, shopping, local events, and seasonal activities
  • Assist with general concierge requests to enhance each guest's stay

Adventure & Experience Curation
  • Develop and suggest customized adventure itineraries within a 90-mile radius of Bozeman (e.g., hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, skiing, rafting, hot springs)
  • Recommend trusted third-party outfitters, guides, and tour operators aligned with Field & Stream standards
  • Stay current on weather conditions, seasonal accessibility, and regional attractions

Property Activations
  • Support the planning and execution of experience-driven activations that reflect the spirit of the outdoors, Montana culture, and seasonal rhythms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure activations are on-brand, operationally sound, and guest-focused
  • Assist with setup, guest communication, and light hosting during activations
  • Help gather guest feedback and observe engagement to inform future programming

Example Activations May Include:
    • Fireside Evenings - s'mores, hot cocktails, or storytelling around the fire pit
    • Outdoor/Poolside Movie nights
    • Trailhead Talks - short morning briefings on nearby trails, weather conditions, and seasonal adventures
    • Local Maker Pop-Ups - Montana artisans, fly-tiers, or outdoor brands showcasing their craft
    • Adventure Kickoff Hours - pre-departure coffee, grab-and-go trail snacks, or evening wind-down socials
    • Seasonal Celebrations - fly-fishing opener, fall harvest moments, winter après-ski gatherings

Local Knowledge & Partnerships
  • Maintain familiarity with local vendors, guides, restaurants, breweries, and cultural attractions
  • Support the upkeep of internal recommendation guides and guest-facing materials
  • Share guest feedback and insights with leadership to continually improve offerings

Brand Representation
  • Represent the Field & Stream Lodge Co. brand through professional communication, warm service, and authentic storytelling
  • Ensure all recommendations align with the lodge's outdoor-inspired, experience-driven positioning

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Current enrollment in Montana State University's Hospitality, Tourism, Recreation, or related program preferred
  • Strong interest in outdoor recreation, travel, and guest experience
  • Familiarity with Bozeman and Southwest Montana, or eagerness to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and guest-focused
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
