  • A confident leader who can coach and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, professional decision-making under pressure
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Availability 6 days per week, Mon - Sat
  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart delivery, courier services, trucking, or similar logistics environments is strongly preferred.
What We Offer
  • Weekly pay
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, vision, accident, and life insurance options
  • Free telemedicine
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Company-provided uniforms
  • Advancement opportunities within a growing FedEx contractor

We operate with an uncompromising commitment to Safety, Integrity, and Service, and we are hiring immediately for a results-driven leader who is ready to take ownership and elevate our operation.
