Job Description

The Facility Project Manager will provide oversight of all facility maintenance and operations at CMI’s customer site in Washington, DC.

Key Job Functions

  • Responsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and managing service requests and emergencies
  • Communicate effectively with the customer on project and staffing status
  • Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly
  • Oversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely manner
  • Measure and evaluate productivity, safety and quality, set standards, measure performance, and develop programs for improvement
  • Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma; BA degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience managing facility maintenance services at a multi-site federal facility totaling at least 1.7M square feet.
  • Required to be fully conversant in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service skills
