Job description
** This posting is for a pipeline position. We are proactively building a talent pool for future opportunities, and may not have an immediate opening at this time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and contractor activities.
- Support facility projects by identifying operational and equipment access requirements.
- Manage workspace moves, additions, and seating assignments in partnership with Space Management.
- Procure parts, labor, and services by obtaining vendor proposals and managing invoices.
- Maintain asset records, preventive maintenance programs, and facility management systems.
- Track, manage, and report on work orders, maintenance metrics, and service performance.
- Conduct facility inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Utilize facility management tools to support service requests, reporting, and maintenance operations.
- Perform additional facility operations and administrative duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of related experience.ย
- Associate degree with focus on technical, engineering, or architectural areas.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.ย

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Facility management certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills
