The Events Manager oversees citywide event operations for the Parks and Recreation Department. This role includes managing city-sponsored events, coordinating third‑party community events, and delivering distinctive programs and events unique to Tucker. The position ensures the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of events in alignment with the department’s comprehensive recreation program plan. Responsibilities also include supervising assigned part‑time staff, volunteers, and contracted personnel. Work is performed under the guidance and direction of the Deputy Director.
