  • This is a 10+ year old home improvement company servicing Central Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana

What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $60K-$75K base + bonus (total $90K)
  • PTO

 

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and manage the Events team
  • Build out and manage a canvassing team
  • Hire, train, and manage event and canvassing staff
  • Manage event logistics including setup, teardown, scheduling, and inventory
  • Track performance and continuously optimize event outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and service providers to guarantee a positive experience for all parties involved
  • Continuous in the field training with event and canvassing staff
  • Oversee all operations and ensure that events run smoothly, including troubleshooting any problems that arise
  • Assist in launching and supporting new locations via canvassing and events

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Event, retail, or canvassing experience within the home improvement/services industry
  • Big-box store marketing leadership experience is a plus
