The Manager, Entertainment Partnerships will support the development and execution of integrated brand partnerships across FOX Entertainment's portfolio of programming and platforms. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Marketing, Research, Legal, and external partners to help bring custom sponsorships and advertiser integrations to life. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about entertainment, media, and brand partnerships.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of integrated brand partnerships from pitch through activation, ensuring projects remain on schedule and key deliverables are met.

  • Manage activation timelines, approvals, production milestones, and partner communications across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Track trade-outs across FOX Entertainment programming.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of partnership materials, including pitch decks, one-sheets, case studies, and recap presentations.

  • Research and monitor industry trends, competitive partnership activity, and marketplace innovations to inform sales strategy and creative development.

  • Screen programming and identify potential integration opportunities, sponsorship assets, and sales hooks for advertisers.

  • Create episode loglines, programming summaries, and partnership positioning
    materials to support the Ad Sales team.

  • Manage premium inventory requests and coordinate client mailers, gifting, and special experiences.

  • Support the creation and distribution of internal partnership communications and
    newsletters.

  • Maintain organized records of partnership materials, approvals, and program assets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience in media, entertainment, advertising, marketing, partnerships, or a related field.

  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and X).

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can work independently when needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Passion for entertainment, television, and brand partnerships.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-105,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
