Location: Mead or Loveland, Colorado

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Position

This position combines estimating and project management responsibilities for medium voltage electrical distribution projects.

You'll prepare competitive estimates, manage projects from award through closeout, coordinate with field operations, maintain customer relationships, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Projects include:

  • Underground electrical distribution
  • Overhead electrical distribution
  • Medium voltage systems
  • Secondary electrical distribution
  • Industrial electrical infrastructure

What You'll Do

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive proposals
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Develop project budgets and schedules
  • Manage project financial performance
  • Coordinate procurement and material releases
  • Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Support field operations and project teams
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on time

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Minimum two years of estimating and/or project management experience in medium voltage or electrical distribution
  • Experience with McCormick Estimating Software
  • Bluebeam and digital takeoff software experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail

Preferred

  • Journeyman Lineman License
  • Journeyman Electrician License
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Experience managing utility or industrial electrical projects
