Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities (DaytoDay Duties)
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Lead crossfunctional project teams, coordinating engineering, procurement, production, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans to address deviations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers and contingency strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
MustHave Qualifications (Essential)
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 35 years of proven project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) and standard office tools.
