Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days 

Pay: 33.82 - 50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Manages projects and their lifecycle as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Develops project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives.
Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.
Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success.
Manages project team members. Serves as a mentor and facilitates conflict resolution.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree. 
• Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. Strong Preference: Strong history in project work, history of delivering project results, excellent facilitation skills in large groups, ability to problem solve and identify project risks, flexibility, ability to work independently to deliver project results.
