  • Create, enhance, and maintain business analytics models, including relational and DMR models, packages, and reporting structures used for report development.
  • Work with business users and technical teams to mock up reports and dashboards, refine requirements, and identify the most effective way to present data to customers.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, managers, and other team members to design and deliver customer-specific reporting solutions.
  • Recommend additional insights, report enhancements, and data improvements based on client needs and analysis findings.
  • Support the operational stability of the reporting environment by monitoring, auditing, validating, and troubleshooting reporting objects to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
  • Validate report results against data warehouse sources throughout the development process to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Support testing activities, including UAT, validation cycles, and production readiness reviews.
  • Communicate findings, report outputs, and analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work within a project team environment, taking direction from project managers and technical leaders while managing assigned work to completion.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of data warehouse analysis experience, including the ability to read data flow diagrams and conceptual and physical data models.
  • 4+ years of experience writing SQL for reporting, analysis, and report customization.
  • 4+ years of experience with Medicaid, healthcare, or government programs.
  • 4+ years of experience working in Agile environments or client-facing roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with complex data sets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
